Whoaw. Just had a possibly life-changing conversation with my Mom.
BUT, like what I always say to myself, wait until I get a hold of the official documents.

Finally, the trip pushed through; Leelee and I have gone to Singapore to watch Wicked the Musical (and tour around).
So many stories to tell, I’ll find time in the coming days to do so.
Singapore is such an excellent place to go to. Already looking forward to going back.
Wicked: the second major play I watched my entire life (first was The Emperor’s New Clothes waaaay back when I was little). Last year, Leelee and I wanted to see Wicked so bad enough that we decided to go to Singapore; hit two (angry) birds with one stone, since we’ve been hoping to go on an overseas trip. Even just for the play, it was very much WORTH THE TRIP! The story, the production, the actresses (and actors), the music, everything was just MAGICAL. Looking forward to seeing it again in the future, in some other country and by another production version.
Meanwhile, it’s back to reality. (That awkward moment when you’re hoping to go back to that other reality.)
Decided to do a serious gunpla painting build. Rawr.
Ordered a Freedom Gundam from Coldfire Gundam @ P2.7k. (Many thanks for the great, hassle-free deal!)
Freedom Gundam, 1/60 Real Detail Grade. I’m very happy with the kit parts and details; less than an MG, but a little better than the usual 1/100 HG.
It’s really taking a long time to do. Haven’t really found the time to do due to the Holiday Season and of course, daily office work. Trying to be patient like the Japs.
More than 2 weeks after..
Azeus Christmas party last night. Won (1/2) 1st prize in Bingo, first time ever. Group won 2nd prize, newbie presentation. ohyeah.
At some point, I have to accept that there are some things that I am not.
There’s that icky feeling when you see your design elsewhere, your name/watermark willfully removed.
On second thought…

(still hatchback, please)
Time to let the warcar rest soon. It’ll be 18YO next year.
We got it when I was in 3rd grade. Starting driving it from late high school up to the present — roughly 6+ years already.
See you in 2012, Hyudai Accent. FIVE DOOR PLEASE.

Just finished watching episode 18 of Kurogane no Linebarrels. I thought it was a really bad series. I hated the first few episodes — but apparently, I wasn’t uninterested.
Well, I’m a sucker for anime with cute+cool art, renegades, mecha and hot chics.. but what I really like is getting new ideas. (One of the many things I love about Nipponjin‘s.) It was interesting how KnL tackled the idea of imagination.
“Italy, for thirty years of war with the Bourgeois, produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love. They had 500 years of democracy and peace, and what did they produce — the Cuckoo Clock.“
– Katou Hisataka
BOOM. I will have to check the veracity, but those were very powerful words. To think, this Anime must also appeal to kids half my age. They may not appreciate that now, but eventually, they will. (I personally find it fulfilling to watch certain Anime series I like backed when I was a kid. Like 10+ years after, I still don’t get some parts of Evangelion haha.)
Have yet to finish the series, I hope the end does deliver. It’s starting to get really really interesting. (I have yet to understand the meaning behind the title.)
